Hard To Find Loco…If It Exists?
This website doesn’t do Buy/Sell/Swap, however Tom more interested in information on a specific HO loco that he thinks he has seen as some time:
“I am looking for a particular model engine that may or may not have been made by someone. The original engine is a Lima 51-ton Consolidation-type 2-8-0 purchased in 1905 by the Cranberry Lake Railroad [a/k/a Rich Lumber Co.] in Wanakena, NY . The build number is 1015.
I realize that it is a longshot to have that exact locomotive modeled by someone. If there is, SUPER! If not, would you know of something close that I could modify?”

why not make it , if you can find a good picture of it
according to this web site they can make a custom one for you , 3D printed , and then you would have to fit it to a donor engine chasie . I’ve done a couple of brass and wood laser cut kits using Kato , Anthem and Bachman drives ,
I haven’t done anything with this site but look , but can see myself ordering an engine shell from them to have a custom engine in the future ,

I have a Virginian RR HO scale electric EL-2B locomotive in mint condition still in the box. Can anyone tell me what it is worth? It is the one that has a pantagraph antenna that was used on the Virginian RR until 1959 from Elmore WV to Roanoke VA. One was sold ebay a couple years ago for a tidy sum
As Steven Neely says, make it yourself. If you have a good photo of the prototype just pick 8up a used Consolidation 2-8-0 for the donor and remove the old paint and add your decals. If further detailing is required you can modify it to suit your needs with a detail kit for a Consolidation. That´s what I do when I want a specific engine and no one makes that specific engine. I get the closest thing I can find and repaint and add specific details and/or decals.
