Track Compatibility

Chuck has HO scale and asks:

“Can Bachman EZ track be connected to track that is used with trains from Bradford-Hamilton trainsets?”

  • Geoff says:

I got the Thomas Kincaid Christmas train from Bradford about 12 years ago, and the track it came with was Bachmann EZ track. Looking at the pictures on the website today, in particular the accessory track set, it seems to me that they are still using Bachmann EZ track. BTW, the engines, coaches and wagons are Bachmann as well, although decorated differently.

    • Finn Sartor says:

the track in the Bachmann train sets are code 100. and yes you can use any code 100 track to go with it. Your train set will allso run on code 75 without any problem.

  • Hardie Johnson says:

You can also switch between track profiles, but you will need special joiners. You can also make joiners which keep the tops of the rails aligned.
