It is basically a double oval with a double crossover and yard at one end. This end width has been increased to 18″. The shelf is modular (3′ to 4′ ft sections) so that I can remove sections to work on them on my workbench. Designing the has been a great challenge and is still in progress with one loop of track now running. If you would like, I would be happy to send pics nd details.
