IN other words, the NMRA standard decoder plug is provided. Just purchase a suitable decoder, plug it into the circuit board &amp; you&#039;re away! Plug &amp; play means virtually DC only - no plug provided, however that doesn&#039;t preclude the loco from future conversion to DCC running.
