					<description><![CDATA[Hello John,&lt;br/&gt;I am in the process of building my 3rd layout in HO. I am using styrofoam to build all my mountains and scenery. For me, it&#039;s real easy to shape the terrain. Use the foam that doesn&#039;t &quot;bead&quot; apart. The better stuff is available at most craft supply stores. It&#039;s somewhat flexible and doesn&#039;t &quot;snap&quot; apart. I then cover the foam with plaster cloth.
