					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m New To DCC My Self, But I Just Was Reading The Instructions For My QSI RS27. There Is A CV In Chip That Checks For DCC Packet Timeout, On My Engine It Is CV 11. You Should Check This Out As It Causes The Loco To Stop, When DCC Is Not Present, The Engine Will Then Start Again After Timeout, &amp; The DCC Signal Returns. Also You Could Have A Weak DCC Signal, The Same Thing Will Happen, Start/stop Operation. This Should Alway Happen In Same Area Of Layout, My DCC Manual (DIGITRAX) Reconmends As Bus DCC System Where Every 6 Ft Of Track, Install Feeder Wires, Keeping The Poliarity Of Rail A To Rail A &amp; B To B.]]></description>
