					<description><![CDATA[Harry, holding down track is usually done by using track nails, and or glueing down like on foam or a soft surface....Most of the soldering is done for better electric contact between joints....Everything mentioned I have done on my layout without problems, I have wood underlay, and I used foam to get to the upper level....Soldering can be learned, just practice, or have a friend help you out....Herb Sr]]></description>
