Some chassis will have to be milled to make room for the decoder, there are places that will do this for you.&lt;br /&gt;You can wire the layout to run on DCC or DC, but the DCC sets will usually have a function where you can run DC locomotives.  &lt;br /&gt;Simply wire the DCC system in as one of your cabs, when you want to run DCC flip all of your switches to the DCC cab and when you want to run DC (analog) flip them back to the other cab.]]></description>
