When you want to run DCC, throw all of your block switches to the DCC cab; when you want to run analog throw them all the other way.&lt;br /&gt;Additionally, most DCC sets allow the operation of at least one analog engine, and if I&#039;m not mistaken there are decoders that will revert to DC operation as well, so you can go that route too.]]></description>
