Hook your DCC set up to one cab and use your DC throttle on the other cab. When you want to run DCC, throw all of your block switches to the DCC cab; when you want to run analog throw them all the other way.
Additionally, most DCC sets allow the operation of at least one analog engine, and if I’m not mistaken there are decoders that will revert to DC operation as well, so you can go that route too.
