					<description><![CDATA[Being with a local club we used 2x2&#039;s as framework and 1/4&quot; threaded rod (all thread) hung from the top of the framework and used the threaded rod to adjust the grade and spiral to the top of the helix. Make sure you notch the roadbed framework so you don&#039;t have to spin the nuts all the way to the top or the bottom to make the adjustments. Our helix is 6ft tall 12ft long and 7ft wide when you build it try to start from the bottom and work up to the top---don&#039;t forget any detail because if you have to go back it will be in a restricted space and hard to get to because of the next level above Good Luck Alan C.
