					<description><![CDATA[If you are using a water based glue (white glue) you can mix anywhere from a 1 part glue to 1 part water up to 9 parts glue and 1 part water. Get the viscosity that works for you. You only need 1 drop of dishwashing liquid in a pint (half litre) of water when you mix the glue.&lt;br /&gt;You might try wetting your ballast with Isopropyl Alcohol in a spray bottle just before applying the glue.]]></description>
