					<description><![CDATA[End of the day up to you&lt;br /&gt;I have made a plan using Atlas&#039;s free Tracking Planning Software to give a rough idea of what I want in my layout. Then I began laying the track to the plan and sure enough changes were made.&lt;br /&gt;And so since the beginning of the year, changes to the plan were made, track was laid, didn&#039;t like it or didn&#039;t work so more changes to the plans and track laying were made - it is an endless cycle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So my personal advice, do plan, but go with your gut :-) - pleasant surprises that add to the RR experience often come about.]]></description>
