					<description><![CDATA[Did you install the DCC board or DCC module in the loco? If its Atlas and a plug and play board make sure the power contacts are firm. Also make sure the wheels and track are clean. Last of all make sure you have power on the rails. I solder feeder wires to the track about 6 feet apart that come from a  12Guage wire that runs under my layout and connect to  the power source.]]></description>
