					<description><![CDATA[Glenn,&lt;br /&gt;You are correct that loose driver tires can cause the shorting. Push the tires off the wheels as far as you can. Clean the wheels wth a very small wire brush and blow out the junk. Use a toothpick to put a little bit of CA cement onto the wheels in a couple of evnly spaced locations. Then slide the tires back onto the wheels and hold EVENLY into place with a couple of small screwdrivers for a minute.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jim]]></description>
