But to get all the features of it. You do have to pay to get a key code. It is a god program to use. You can mannipulate it somewhat. The guy who is taking care of it is always open to ideas.

Both are free. Yard Office is a little simpler, EMRI is very comprehensive (does structures and electronics as well as locos & rolling stock).

use the spreadsheet it is more flexible than the database and you can sort the data and insert picture more easily.
