First of all, I would recommend purchasing a new (not used) DCC starter set, an example of which would be the NCE Power Cab starter set.  I mention that particular set because that&#039;s the one I got.  Very straight forward manual.  Also, I would get a good book that&#039;s dedicated to DCC.  It wouldn&#039;t hurt to get close to some people who are members of a local model RR club.  You may also want to check out clubs who model the same scale as yourself.  I hope this is helpful.  Don&#039;t give up.]]></description>
