					<description><![CDATA[Pete;&lt;br /&gt;Can any engine or Loco be converted to DCC.   The answer is YES.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Look at BLM&#039;s Track-mobile. Tiny and DCC equipped. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   Wiring up a older unit takes some time and patience. But can be done.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; I do recommend how ever that you  use a computer and JMIR software for programing.   Much easier to setup CV,s.  I use DigiTrax&#039;s myself and use NCE Decoders. When you buy Decoders make sure the wiring harness is with it. Even if it&#039;s plug and play. Save the harness for another time. Each time you do a unit it will get some what easier. Each unit has its own challenge. &lt;br /&gt;  Have fun good luck, and Happy Railroading.]]></description>
