					<description><![CDATA[Hi.  I&#039;ve had the same problem.  None of mine had run for some 23+ years. I used &#039;Eazi&#039; Track Cleaning Fluid from Finishing Touches, (UK 07984-678395 or 0116-2785134), who I met at the Alexandra Palace Rail Show recently.  Using Eazi to totally clean the packed gung, then used a light watch oil. Worked like a dream.  The fluid is mainly pure/medical alcohol.  Hope this helps. BobT]]></description>
