					<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t have Roco but do use DCC. If the two wires from the interior lights are linked to the right and left metal wheels of the carriage then they should be on continually as power flows through the rails. If the lights are not working then you will need to improve connectivity. Try fitting sprung connectors to the wheels (similar to those on engines) and solder the wires to the connectors.
To operate the lights through the DCC control you will have to fit a decorder inside the carriage between the power wires and lights and programe the DCC controller. Hope this is useful.]]></description>
