					<description><![CDATA[I have never done this, but as there are no other answers, I will make a suggestion to try.

Remove the wheelset.
Support the wheel on top of a small vice with the axle going down between the jaws (not tightened).
Using a small piece of wood on the axle end, tap very gently with a small hammer.
Measure.
Reverse the arrangement to move the wheel back the other way.

There are wheel pullers available, but you probably don&#039;t want to buy one just for one truck !]]></description>
