					<description><![CDATA[I have a better way to get wire through foam and that is to use a piece of cooper or aluminum  tubing and drill a hole the size of the tubing.  Stick the tubing thru the foam and then feed the wire down thru the tubing.  Then pull the tubing out thru the foam from under the layout.  Works like a dream.  I do it  all the time me even thru mountains.]]></description>
