I&#039;m in Canada, and if I wanted to keep rails from rusting I would use Krown under coating in a spray can. It is thin/runny and creeps really well. But the best thing is that it repells water and washes off with soap and water. You might check with local auto service facilities to see if there is a similiar item in your area!
