					<description><![CDATA[If this the same foam that florists use, I have used it to fill pots for my wife&#039;s flower arrangements. It retains water very well while holding the stems in place.  It is very messy to work with and very brittle when dried out. You could use it as a base that supports other types of scenery covering but if left exposed it will disintegrate to powder over time.
