					<description><![CDATA[From my experience I find that a flat, dull finish is best for the weathering base. If your model has a shiny finish, dull coat it.

Once the weathering is done, I would give it another hit of dull coat so the weathering doesn&#039;t come off when handling the model.]]></description>
