					<description><![CDATA[I agree with Steve. it is cheaper, faster and easier to replace instead of repairing. If I had charged myself my regular hourly wage (I am an electronic, computer and telephony technician) just to troubleshoot the problem I had with my Tech II I would have been able to purchase several new ones, and that is not taking in the repair time. I was stubborn and put in way too many hours before I woke up , threw the damn thing away and purchased a new one. . . I am now going to DCC on my HO Layout.]]></description>
