I use clear Dyna/flex 230 spread it along the path. Lay the track on it. Let it set ten minutes and then adjust the curve for more accuracy. Finally weight the track over night. I use water filled milk jugs and boards. Some flex track only bends in one direction. Check the underside to see if one side has continuous plastic. That can only bend on the curve inside. You will have to remove ties at the ends and trim the inside rail.
