					<description><![CDATA[I also purchased a Noch briefcase layout with out any instructions , and concluded that either the rheostat wasn&#039;t working or that it wasn&#039;t wired correctly . I came across this looking at track sets for them , and now seeing that it was wired correctly know the rheostat is defective , when time permits I will put a new one in , and till them run it using a separate power source  .
