					<description><![CDATA[need more information such as; how far do you need to move them?; is there any of the axel sticking beyond the wheel?; are they metal or plastic?  In general I have been able to spread metal wheels using &quot;waterpump/slip joint&quot; pliers by placing the head between the wheels and opening the jaws.  There are also some small clamps that can be reversed and used as spreaders.]]></description>
