					<description><![CDATA[It looks like the decoder is facing a short (perhaps caused by the speaker wiring?) or overheating, then the protection circuit cuts the power to the sound components, then  automaticaly rearms but short again and so on.
It may be caused (also) by an inadequate speaker (too low or too high impedance).   I would suggest you take the loco to your local dealer service, if you are not familiarized with electronics,]]></description>
