					<description><![CDATA[Hi, I done this on some wagons, remove the wheels from the wagons then take one wheel off put a small amount of heat shrink on the axle then measure the axle including the heat shrink, open up the hole in the wheel the same size then re attach the wheel to the axle and replace on the wagon. You will need heat shrink a micrometer super glue and a set of small drill bit to complete the task]]></description>
