					<description><![CDATA[Sure, 24 gauge wire for feeders should be fine. I ran my entire N gauge layout using 24 gauge feeders every 24 inches along the track. I kept the feeder length to 8 inches and never saw a problem (from the wiring).]]></description>

Solid wires are easier to shape and line up to the rails for soldering then stranded.]]></description>
