					<description><![CDATA[Yes !   I don&#039;t know this particular cleaner, but if the loco wheels are completely freewheeling, the conductive cleaning brushes won&#039;t drive them.   But they need to be clean, as they pick up the current to drive the motor in the tender.

My method is to use a brass rotary wire brush in a 12V drill to polish wheel rims.   
The friction usually turns the wheels to make the job quick.]]></description>
