					<description><![CDATA[It seems the DCC decoder took a short and it’s programming may have scrambled. I presume you are tuning DCC as you stated you had to select the loco. 
Try putting it on your programming track and resetting the decoder to factory settings and testing again before re programming your decoder with your preferred settings.
Otherwise all else fails so has the decoder]]></description>
