					<description><![CDATA[Could be grease has dried out over time. Runs slow at start up until grease gets warm up in gear boxes. Replace with new grease. That was what my problem was and solved it. Maybe yours too. Hopefully this was helpful!

					<description><![CDATA[Could be dirty commutator. It will go slow until any oil or gunk is burned off. Give the segments a clean and wipe in the gaps between the segments with a toothpick. I had that problem with an Athearn SD40.
