We need to know more details. Generally Broadway Limited locos are not problematic but what are you running DC or DCC and what is not functioning to your liking.
You do say you are staring out in the hobby so the problem may be your lack of knowledge with the way a decoder equipped loco works. I suggest you take your loco to a person who can work with you to build your comfort level with the loco.]]></description>
