Richard asks:

“I am a beginner and just purchased a Paragon 3 #5750 HO – PRR Sharknose, BF 16 A/B set DCC. I have many issues with this and am not very happy with it. Do you have any knowledge about this unit and comments?

    Broadway Linited Paragon 3
Contains a decoder that runs n both DC or DCC. which is yours.

Go to their website and download the 2 PDF files for this model.

I run the Paragon 3 DCC Diesel model 6771 ( which runs in real life on the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railway),

I have no trouble at wll with its performance.

so what are your isses as you hae told us nothing about your concerns.

    Richard,
We need to know more details. Generally Broadway Limited locos are not problematic but what are you running DC or DCC and what is not functioning to your liking.
You do say you are staring out in the hobby so the problem may be your lack of knowledge with the way a decoder equipped loco works. I suggest you take your loco to a person who can work with you to build your comfort level with the loco.

Contact broadway-limited.com. They are over the top friendly and extremely helpful. Even if you didn’t buy direct, they want you to contact them. They sent detailed instructions with photos to help me with a problem that was my fault!
