Sections A and B are the only polarity problems. Assuming the two switches on the lower dog bone are fairly close together, combine them into one block by placing the insulated rail joiners at the fowling points of both legs of both switches. You have provided no specifics about the reversing module, but I assume a power input, a “normal” output and a “reverse” output. Connect the normal output to either, or both, blocks adjacent to reversing section. Connect the reverse out put to the reversing section in the middle. Match the feeder wires so a train can travel straight through the reverse section on the lower loop without activating the module. Connect the “control” lines for the reversing module to the switches at either end of the reversing section so that if either one is set for the diverging route the reversing module will be triggered. This will allow a train traveling in either direction to proceed through the reversing section without stopping. This should, at the least, be a good start as to how to wire everything up. The exact wiring will depend upon the exact configuration of your reversing module.
