Wayne, if you have a Home Depot or equivalent in Australia, the extruded insulation should be there. If not, try any home improvement store. I’m from Delaware in the USA, and the only place I’ve found so far that’s not ordered specially, plastic or styrene, is Home Depot. Best of luck to you.
