Purchase a DCC– NCE power cab, (runs up to six engines) and a O scale decoder. Install as instructions, and program/run your engine. Be sure if you have three rails, you hook your feed wires the same way. Decoder installs between the outer and center rail, and the motor has to be isolated and wired to the decoder.
