How To Stay Clear Of Problem Curves
In real life a railroad curve will be much more gentle than can normally be modeled on a scaled down layout. This short video has some helpful tips.















With regard to small-radius curves. If you use flexitrak, it helps a lot if you use transition curves, i.e. start a curve with a large radius and then tighten it progressively. This way you can get away with smaller radii in the middle of the curve.
