Try microfasteners.com. They carry small metric and english machine screws.

Some screws may be generic, others may be specially made for the model. The manufacturers may be able to supply these as spare parts. Try their website (should be marked on the box or user guide).
If you can identify the thread size, engineering nuts and bolts suppliers may be able help (watchmakers supplies ?), or search online. There are many sizes and types available cheaply from the far east on Ebay. A box of 1000 assorted size spectacle screws for a few dollars may be useful.

In the UK I genrally use Eileens emporium or Wizard models, most of their products are regularly available off the shelf. I have some machine screws plus nuts down to 16BA 3/16″
There must other suppliers in the US
