I am assuming you mean crossing 2 tracks with a third track. Most cross over diamonds are not powered to tie in to the other tracks but you need to check that with a meter. You should though add feed wires to the track rails between the two diamonds to ensure good power to each rail. Regular rail joiners work well for that. from Newman
