Locating Scale Model Vehicles

“I need to know where I can buy all the cars and trucks I want to put on my layout. I also am planning to have a number of rail cars that will transport cars from a factory. I don’t need die-cast as I’m sure they will cost a bundle, but I want 1:87 scale autos and trucks to closely match the HO scale. Any suggestions would be helpful.”

Sylvan Scale Models is a Canadian company that offers a wide variety of HO vehicles. They do not ship direct so you would have to find a dealer. Check out their web site, they do have a page of dealers.
thanks much for the tip….i will check them out. i did fail to mention that i was interested in locating only vehicles in today era as my layout in very modern,,,,not of the past. again, thank you
ebay of course. Learn how to search for specific brands and models; especially look at completed auctions for what sells (and what doesn’t) at both auction and buy-it-now prices. Price is usually a fair indicator of accuracy, finish and detail. The old saying that you get what you pay for (if you’re lucky) is still true.
I found a company named SCHUCO. They have some later model and sports cars.
