Roundhouse makes an HO shay kit .. just saw one of ebay for $119 check it out and good luck !
Try Micro-Mark online, they often have sales, request their catalog be sent to you as well. There is lots of good stuff to browse through, material and tools as well.
Try Walther online too, their stuff can be purchased online or through most hobby shops.
