Press-on correction tape is available from anyplace that sells office supplies. You can get it online from Amazon or eBay or Staples.com or … You’ll have to determine if it is the right width for your usage.

Woodland Scenics, among others, sells Road Striping tape specifically for this purpose.

Depending on what scale you are modeling
You could use automotive stripe tape
I think 1/32in. width is the smallest up to 3-4in.
