Model Train Slide Puzzles #1 to #3

slide puzzles trainsSomething a little different for you this week…

Below is a link to 3 slide puzzles featuring model train layouts. They look simple but will take a few minutes to solve. When you click on a picture square next to a blank square it will move across to fill the blank square. Keep moving the squares until a picture is formed with each square of the puzzle in its right place.

Interesting puzzles, I never did get one solved. I prefer jigsaw puzzles.

It’s been quite a while since I’ve seen this type of puzzle. Took me 4 minutes to get one. Thank goodness they were not 4×4 or 5×5; I would have been at it for hours. Thanks for the fun.

I think there is something wrong with the setup of the puzzles. On all 3 of them I find two tiles need to be swapped to finish the puzzle. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to solve these. I just played other online puzzles and was able to solve 3 of them in under a minute each.

Interesting puzzles. Tip – Number the tiles 1 to 9, including the blank one, based on where the tiles need to be in the final picture. Makes it easier to figure out.

Stupid fun. Loved them. Took me way too long to solve them (I got too involved in the cool pics to concentrate on the puzzle).
Keep them coming, and thanks for your blog.
