Bachmann HO Trolleys Auto Reversing e-z Track 90 Degree Crossing
Bill has a Bachmann HO trolley and wants help from anyone with experience in that area:
"I want to put in a 90 degree crossing on my layout so my trolley can cross my regular train track. The trolley is Bachmann using the auto reversing e-z track. Will this affect the working of the trolley?"

You need to make sure that the two tracks are isolated so you can use two different power sources. If the tracks are not already isolated try cutting slots in one set of rails and then soldering small jumper wires for each track section. One set can be your trolley and the other isolated can be used for the rest of the layout or whatever you want. I’m sure this will work for you but always make sure you have another crossing on hand when you’re experimenting.
Can I use regular track on a reversing trolley setup or do I have to buy a certain type of track ?
CAN I BUY AUTO REVERSING TRACK LIKE I HAVE SEEN IN COMMERCIAL SETUPS?
