Converting A Diesel Engine From DC to DCC

Can any engine or Loco be converted to DCC. The answer is YES.
Look at BLM’s Track-mobile. Tiny and DCC equipped.
Wiring up a older unit takes some time and patience. But can be done.
I do recommend how ever that you use a computer and JMIR software for programing. Much easier to setup CV,s. I use DigiTrax’s myself and use NCE Decoders. When you buy Decoders make sure the wiring harness is with it. Even if it’s plug and play. Save the harness for another time. Each time you do a unit it will get some what easier. Each unit has its own challenge.
