HO Scale Terminal Connectors

“I’m looking for some 3 pronged connectors for my electric switches on the switch itself. Bachmann sell one type that comes with a 10 foot cord for 13.00. I just need the connector with a little bit of wire. I can add my own wire on the connector. I think 13 dollars is a little high priced. Where can I buy them cheaper?”

Hi Ed, you are not the only one. I have 10 of these turnouts and Digitrax DS64 units to control them. I’ve been delaying in connecting them because of having to cut the ends off the cables. It would be nice to come out of the DS64 into a male connector and then plug the two connectors together. I’ve been to a number of electronic stores but can’t find even single plugs that will fit the Bachmann connectors.
Lucky for me I’m only on a small test phase of my layout. I won’t be using the Bachmann track for the rest of it, that’s for sure.
