Ordering Train Stuff Online From Where?
Obviously readers will have preferred brands and retailers when it comes to buying model trains, parts and accessories.
Gio is into O scale and asks:
“Do members know of hobby shops or online retailers that are reliable as far as stocking and prompt delivery no hassles competitive shipping rates?”
Perhaps Gio might like to add a comment to this post and tell people where he lives, or at least which country.

Hi: I model HO,HOn3, with N and some Z scale for varient of distant, works well. I have been getting most of my acquisitions on EBAY with great success and very little problems. I do not know what there is on “O” Scale but it would be worth looking into. I have found that you do not have to bid high on something that you want – DOo Not worry about loosing it as it seems to come around again and again…. lots of hobby shops have gone under and Ebayers buy out LOTS. So, at least with HO there is a lot out there. It is also nice to get a lot of the older, better made things.
I recently made purchases from BarMills.com, Rustystumps.com and HobbyLinc.com. All very good compamys. Service and in-stock excellent. You might also want to check out TheTrainMaster.com.
I am living in Australia and one of my best supplyers is AJM Railway in Yorkshire England if Amanda the owner, has not got it in stock she will go out of her way to get it for you and the postage charges are very reasonable as well
modeltrainstuff.com and wholesaletrains.com are 2 sites that have great service, wide variety of stuff to choose from and excellent prices…..
